Important Message for Patients of OrthoWest in Omaha

We sent out a letter last week stating that some physicians at OrthoWest in Omaha were no longer in the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska provider network effective February 1.

Please note that this letter was sent in error and should be disregarded. OrthoWest, as well as its affiliated physicians, continues to be part of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska Network Blue and Premier Select Blue Choice networks.

We will be sending letters to all those who received the incorrect information, confirming that these providers all remain in our networks. All claims received from OrthoWest and their affiliated providers will continue to be processed as in network, and your benefits have not been impacted.

We apologize for any inconvenience and confusion this error has caused.
