Job Description

This isn’t a job where you read a script. Our customer service representatives are empowered to creatively resolve customer questions by providing compassionate, practical solutions.

We are looking for customer service representatives who will:
  • Handle incoming phone calls as the primary customer interface for our company.
  • Build trust in Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska by resolving customer issues. 
  • Be the voice of the customer by relaying customer feedback and preferences about our products and service. 
  • Make a difference in the lives of our members by showing empathy and providing best-in-class service.

If you are a dedicated, forward thinking person that can provide value to our customers then this is the position for you!

The most qualified individuals for this job will have 3 years customer service experience, fantastic attention to detail and excellent analytical and communication skills (and maybe tu hablas español). Starting salary for this positing is $14/hour.
