1 Armor health policies have a 12-month waiting period for preexisting conditions. After the initial 12-month coverage period, members who continue their Armor Health with no lapse will have the preexisting waiting period waived. The Contract will be renewed each month when you pay your premium for a period of up to one day less than 36 months (11:59 p.m.), subject to medical underwriting and eligibility guidelines every 12 months.
