We’re introducing improvements to our ASO billing processes to provide greater accuracy, transparency and ease of access for your team. These changes move key billing activities from a largely manual process to a more automated solution, reducing the risk of manual errors and improving consistency.
Employer group benefits:
One secure location for all billing documents – invoices, reports and supporting documentation will be centrally available in the Employer Online Access (EOA) portal.
Self‑service access to current and historical information – easily retrieve past invoices and extracts anytime, without needing to request copies.
Improved accuracy and reduced risk – automation replaces manual processes, helping ensure more reliable billing and reporting.
Clearer, easier reconciliation – enhanced reporting and separate invoicing for claims funding and administrative fees improve financial visibility.
Timely notifications – email alerts will let you know when invoices and documentation are ready in the portal.
What’s changing:
Claims funding and administrative fees will be invoiced separately.
All invoices and supporting documentation will be delivered through the EOA portal; email and SFTP delivery will be discontinued.
The monthly accounting recap will be enhanced to support clearer reconciliation.
These improvements will create a more efficient, transparent and user‑friendly ASO billing experience and we appreciate your partnership as we roll out these enhancements.
To prepare for this change, a new ASO billing tab will appear in the portal. This tab is part of our testing efforts and will remain blank until the enhanced billing functionality goes live. There is no impact to your current billing process at this time.
Groups with existing EOA portal access will automatically see the new ASO billing tab when it becomes available. If your team does not currently have access, or if additional users require access, please notify your account team so we can assist.
We are conducting testing to validate the new automated ASO billing and are currently targeting a summer implementation. We look forward to introducing you to this enhancement soon.
