Find an in-network provider
Use the provider search as a guest to find an in-network provider based on the network you'd like to select. If you have your member ID, sign in to your member account to prepopulate your chosen network in the search.
Nurse-supported programs
A holistic approach to better health that free with your BCBSNE health plan. With this program, you work with a nurse care manager, either through our mobile health app or over the phone, to create a personalized plan.
Our nurses can help you:
- Achieve and maintain and healthy weight
- Manage high blood pressure and cholesterol
- Decrease blood sugar and A1C levels
- Reduce stress and identify triggers
- Pregnancy care
Networks
The network you select when you enroll in coverage determines what providers are considered in-network and can be the lowest cost for when you need care.
Broad Network
All employees are eligible to choose the Broad Network, which gives you access to a network of providers and facilities across the United States. If you do not live in a location with a Select Network option, you will enroll in the Broad Network.
