Administrative Disputes

Administrative disputes with participating providers include, but are not limited to, issues with the timely filing of claims, network accessibility and not submitting requested medical records. Providers have a right to consideration by an authorized representative of the organization, not involved in the initial decision that is the subject of the dispute. The authorized representative will notify the provider of any decisions or recommendations of follow-up activities.
