Appointment Availability and Access Standards

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska (BCBSNE) has established access and availability standards to ensure timely services are available to all members. These standards ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and are periodically measured through member satisfaction surveys, member complaint analysis and access and availability surveys. In-network providers are required to ensure the availability of appointments in accordance with the standards.
