"The Wellframe app was easy to use and error free. Roxanne's message were very helpful and instructive. Her comments always complemented the doctor's instructions and improved my understanding of the procedure and recovery."

"Megan was truly great for me. She was helpful and knowledgeable about diabetes. Most important, she was able to give me the tools to take care of my daughter and the encouragement and confidence to take control. My daughter's health and our pocketbooks are so thankful for her. We are so much better now."

"I appreciate the phone calls from Roxanne. If I had any concerns or questions she was able to answer them and encourage me to keep doing my best. I think the Discharge Follow-up Program is excellent service."
