| Lowering Your Cholesterol with TLC | High cholesterol is a serious condition that increases the risk of heart disease. It is the number one killer of American men and women. The higher blood cholesterol is, the greater the risk of developing heart disease. Fortunately, there are steps we can take to lower cholesterol and protect our health. This seminar shows participants how to take action by following the "TLC Program" to reduce high blood pressure. TLC stands for Therapeutic Lifestyle Changes, a three-part program that uses diet, physical activity and weight management. The TLC program can help improve cholesterol health.
