Employee Resource Groups

BCBSNE has six Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that inspire and encourage DEI. Our ERGs host learning and development events for employees and coordinate volunteer opportunities throughout the year to engage Team Blue. Our ERGs include:

Forty percent of Team Blue belongs to at least one ERG. All of our employees are welcome to join the ERGs and attend their events.
