Returned ID Cards
In last week's Group Leader Update, we said that if your group has 150 or fewer employees, we would send returned cards to your broker and ask them to get the cards to you. We have instead decided to send the returned cards directly to groups of any size. This new process will begin immediately.
To ensure your employees are receiving their member ID cards, please:
- Ask employees for their correct mailing address
- Update your group's eligibility system
If you do not use electronic enrollment, please email the address changes to Membership@NebraskaBlue.com. If your broker makes enrollment updates for you, please follow the same process you have been using.
