How to enroll in a BlueVision Plan

Getting started with BlueVision is easy! Just follow these steps:

Choose your BlueVision Plan

We offer three plan options to fit your lifestyle and budget. Each includes comprehensive vision benefits and our exclusive Shades of Blue perk:

  • BlueVision 130 – $130 frame allowance
  • BlueVision 150 – $150 frame allowance
  • BlueVision 200 – $200 frame allowance

All plans include routine eye exams, discounts on lenses and contacts, and more.

Select your coverage level

Decide who you want to cover under your plan:

  • Subscriber Only – Just you
  • Subscriber + 1 Dependent – You and one spouse/dependent
  • Subscriber + Family – You and two or more dependents
