Starting Jan. 13, 2026, additional specialty pharmacy options will be available to BCBSNE members in our fully insured benefit plans. This means members will have additional options for specialty pharmacy benefits.
In addition to Accredo and Nebraska Medicine Specialty Pharmacy, the specialty pharmacies that are being included in our network are listed below. Please review the updated list to familiarize yourself with the new options available.

Gag Clause Attestation Update
On Dec. 15, 2025, BCBSNE submitted a Gag Clause Attestation for ASO, Fully Insured, Level Funded clients (unless they opted out). This satisfies each group's requirement to submit before the Dec. 31, 2025 deadline.
