2026 Group Leader Symposium: Register by Aug. 31

Introducing our Dental Enhanced Benefits Program
Starting Jan. 1, 2027, we’re adding our Dental Enhanced Benefits Program to all SignatureBlue group dental plans to expand preventive dental benefits for qualifying members.
How it works
The program links medical and dental benefits to provide additional cleanings and, in certain situations, additional fluoride applications for members with select medical conditions that may impact their oral health.

| Cancer-related chemotherapy or radiation | Up to four cleanings per year and an additional fluoride application |
| Diabetes |
Up to four cleanings per year |
| High-risk cardiac conditions | Up to four cleanings per year |
| Suppressed immune systems | Up to four cleanings per year and an additional fluoride application |
| Kidney failure or dialysis | Up to four cleanings per year |
| Periodontal (gum) disease | Up to four cleanings per year and an additional fluoride application |
| Pregnancy | One additional cleaning per year |
Eligibility
We will include the program with all SignatureBlue group dental plans, effective Jan. 1, at no additional cost. Custom fully insured and ASO dental plans will receive these benefits at their renewal following Jan. 1.
Getting started
To participate in the program, members must complete the enrollment form and attest to having one or more of the qualifying conditions listed above. The form will be available on NebraskaBlue.com starting Jan. 1, 2027.
